Wonderful receptionist. Own laundry. Great apartment layout. Kids loved indoor pool. Friendly staff. Enjoyed tennis court. Good location. Magnificent ocean views. Privacy and ensuite facilities. Clean and well-appointed. Organized late check-in. Amazing view and location. Close to surf club, shops, playgrounds, and beach.

This is the 2nd time staying at Burleigh Surf, 1st time excellent but this time was very disappointed with 'no smoking'. We had a no smoking room as of course - 'we don't smoke- but other apartments on our floor had someone or some people smoking and it did make it's way into our apartment. I did request no smoking. Unfortunately I don't think we will return but I understand this sort of thing can't be policed and I what was the point of speaking to front desk as it was completely full from the V8'S.

As a young family, we absolutely loved our stay near the beach. The location couldn't be better - just across the street from the beach and close to everything Burleigh has to offer. The beach was patrolled, making it great for families. Our well-equipped apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable with fantastic views of the ocean. The staff were friendly and responsive, making our stay hassle-free. The amenities, including the pools, were also amazing with plenty of space for everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was unbeatable with the hotel right across from the beach and close to everything Burleigh has to offer. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a pool and lock-up store room for bicycles. The transportation was easy with public transport nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is in a fantastic location close to everything - shopping centers, shops, and the beautiful North Burleigh Heads beach. The room amenities are top-notch, including a balcony, kitchen, and washing machine. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are great for relaxation, and the on-site facilities such as BBQ area and game room provide entertainment for guests. this place exceeds expectations and provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay were the stunning views from the high floor apartment and the well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and supermarkets just a short walk away. Our stay was made even better by the friendly and helpful staff.

The worn-out condition of the apartment and some of the appliances, including a moldy washing machine and problematic toilet. The noise from the ongoing building renovation was an early morning disturbance.

Our city break was a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to the beach and local shops. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the indoor pool was a great backup on rainy days.

The furnishings in the room were a bit outdated and some areas needed attention. The bathroom was showing signs of age and the air conditioning could use an update, but overall it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
